Very Good
Receptionist was very helpful and spoke very good English. Location was good with many food options near-by. Good bathroom size.
A bit of a walk to Shinjuku Station if carrying lots of luggage. Lots of people smoking downstairs near the park/hotel.

Good
Cleanness, Polite and helpful staff. Location location and location. 2 minutes to 7-Eleven and other grocery stores and restaurants. All Shinjuku attractions are within walking distance. , 5 minutes to the train station.
The breakfast was not as I expected. There is a graveyard just next to the hotel, for those that might be important. The room was relatively small, but it is Tokyo!

Overall, it was a good hotel and I recommend this hotel.
The location was great, and the hotel was very neat and clean. The staff were polite and friendly.
The breakfast could be way better if cheese and corn flakes were included, these are more closer to international taste.
